Beer and Beverage Promoter
We are seeking a charismatic and outgoing Beer and Beverage Promoter to drive drink sales, explain pairings, lead promotions, and elevate the guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Recommend premium beers, signature cocktails, wines, and daily specials to guests.
- Lead themed beverage nights, happy hours, brewery takeovers, and limited-time activations.
- Explain flavor profiles, production methods, origins, and culinary pairings.
- Set up beverage displays, promotional materials, and branded merchandise.
- Represent featured brewery and distillery partners accurately.
- Track sales, gather guest feedback, and report beverage trends.
- Verify IDs and monitor responsible alcohol service.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal, persuasion, storytelling, and upselling skills.
- Knowledge of craft beer, wine, and cocktail trends.
- Confidence approaching guests and speaking to small groups.
- Ability to collaborate with bartenders and servers without disrupting service.
- Must meet the legal age requirement for alcohol service.
- TIPS, ServSafe Alcohol, or equivalent certification is required.
- Hospitality sales, brand ambassador, promotional, or bartending experience is strongly preferred.
Work Environment
- Vibrant, high-volume restaurant and bar.
- Weekend, evening, and holiday availability when guest traffic is highest.
