The restaurant
Centuries of Technique, Set for Today
J.C. Hwang’s Albany brings the rich heritage of imperial classic Sichuan cuisine to the table. The kitchen works from the traditions that shaped the cuisine — balance before heat, and technique before spectacle — and serves them in a room built for everyday dining rather than occasion only.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner are each curated as their own all-you-can-eat menu, so the restaurant changes character through the day without ever changing its standard.
