Busser (Dining Room Attendant)
We are seeking a hardworking, efficient, and proactive Busser to clear and reset tables, maintain the dining room, and support smooth guest service.

Key Responsibilities
- Pre-bus empty plates, glassware, and used napkins throughout the meal.
- Clear, sanitize, sweep, and reset vacated tables quickly and neatly.
- Monitor the dining room and respond immediately to spills, broken glass, or debris.
- Keep server stations stocked with silverware, napkins, ice, water, and trays.
- Assist with initial water service and non-alcoholic refills.
- Transport bus tubs and dirty dishes safely to the dishwashing area.
- Check guest restrooms and replenish supplies as needed.
Skills and Qualifications
- Ability to stand, move quickly, bend, and carry bus tubs up to 40 pounds.
- Speed when clearing and turning tables during rush periods.
- Strong awareness of dirty tables, empty glasses, and spills.
- Professional, quiet movement through crowded dining areas.
- Team-first attitude and willingness to support servers, hosts, and bartenders.
- Entry-level position with no prior restaurant experience required.
Work Environment
- Highly active, fast-paced dining room and bar.
- Availability for evening rushes, weekends, and holidays.
