Kitchen Porter / Dishwasher
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Porter / Dishwasher to operate commercial warewashing equipment and maintain a safe, hygienic back-of-house environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate the commercial dish machine for tableware, glassware, and utensils.
- Hand-wash and sanitize oversized or specialized pots, pans, trays, and tools.
- Dry, organize, and restock clean dishes and cookware.
- Sweep and mop floors and sanitize kitchen walls, counters, and work areas.
- Manage trash, compost, and recycling and handle cleaning chemicals safely.
- Assist with deliveries, walk-in organization, and clearing busy prep and line stations.
Skills and Qualifications
- Ability to stand, bend, and repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds.
- Speed and efficiency during high-volume service.
- Cooperative, team-first attitude and close attention to sanitation.
- Entry-level position with full on-the-job training provided.
Work Environment
- Wet, humid, hot, and fast-paced dish pit and kitchen.
- Flexible availability including late nights, weekends, and holidays.
