Server (Waiter / Waitress)
We are seeking an energetic, attentive, and customer-focused Server to guide guests through the menu, take accurate orders, and deliver memorable dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet tables promptly and establish a friendly, professional rapport.
- Explain menu items, specials, cooking methods, and beverage or appetizer pairings.
- Take accurate orders and record dietary restrictions and allergies.
- Enter orders quickly and accurately through the POS system.
- Deliver food and beverages by seat number and monitor guest satisfaction.
- Process bills and payments accurately.
- Complete opening, sidework, restocking, and closing duties.
Skills and Qualifications
- Exceptional customer service and a patient, positive personality.
- Ability to learn detailed ingredients, allergens, and beverage offerings.
- Ability to manage 4–6 tables while standing or walking for 8+ hours.
- Clear communication with guests, kitchen staff, and the bar team.
- Basic math for payments, split bills, and tips.
- Must meet alcohol-service age requirements and hold required safety certification.
- One year of high-volume restaurant experience is preferred, though strong entry-level candidates may be considered.
